Quality Control
At Rensino Fine Jewelry Co., Ltd, quality control is integrated into each stage of production, from material receipt to final shipment. Our inspection procedures are designed to support consistent workmanship across fine jewelry, diamond and crystal pieces, moissanite jewelry, pearl jewelry, and custom jewelry sets. Each order is evaluated according to approved product specifications, samples, drawings, and buyer requirements.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are checked before they are released for production. Inspection criteria are selected according to the product design and may cover precious metal components, stones, pearls, crystals, chains, clasps, findings, and packaging materials.
- Material verification: Available documentation, material descriptions, colors, finishes, dimensions, and quantities are reviewed against purchasing and order requirements.
- Stone and pearl checks: Relevant characteristics such as size, shape, color consistency, surface condition, and matching are assessed subject to the approved specification.
- Component inspection: Clasps, links, posts, backs, settings, and other findings are checked for visible defects, compatibility, and intended function.
- Nonconforming material control: Materials that do not meet inspection requirements are identified and held for review before use.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are performed at appropriate production stages to identify issues before final assembly. Our teams follow internal inspection standards and approved workmanship requirements for processes such as forming, casting, soldering, stone setting, polishing, plating, assembly, and cleaning.
- Dimensions and construction: Key measurements, proportions, symmetry, component alignment, and assembly integrity are monitored against product specifications.
- Stone setting: Settings are examined for positioning, security, consistency, and potential sharp or loose areas.
- Surface finishing: Polishing, texture, color, and plating appearance are reviewed for uniformity and suitability for the approved design.
- Wearable function: Moving parts and closures used in bracelets, bangles, necklaces, pendants, earrings, anklets, rings, brooches, and cuff links are checked during assembly.
- Custom order consistency: Reference samples, technical details, and confirmed customer requirements are used to control custom fine jewelry sets and other made-to-order products.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Completed jewelry undergoes a final inspection appropriate to its design, materials, and intended use. Inspection may be conducted visually and with suitable measuring or testing tools, subject to the agreed product specification.
- Appearance: Products are checked for scratches, dents, discoloration, excess residue, uneven finishing, visible solder marks, and other workmanship concerns.
- Measurements: Relevant dimensions, chain lengths, ring sizes, component sizes, and product weight are verified where specified.
- Security and function: Stones, pearls, charms, pins, posts, links, clasps, hinges, and earring backs are reviewed for secure attachment and proper operation.
- Matching and consistency: Paired earrings, jewelry sets, and repeated units are compared for color, size, shape, orientation, and overall appearance.
- Safety-related details: Edges, points, settings, and contact surfaces are examined for unintended sharpness or roughness.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Before shipment, approved products are cleaned as required and packed to help protect delicate surfaces, stones, chains, and projecting components during handling and transportation. Packaging methods are adapted to the product type and confirmed order requirements.
- Quantity and assortment: Product quantities, models, sizes, colors, and set combinations are checked against the order details.
- Packaging condition: Individual protection, inner packaging, and export cartons are reviewed for suitability and visible damage.
- Labels and identification: Product labels, barcodes, care information, and carton markings are checked when included in the customer’s specification.
- Shipment review: Packing lists and relevant shipping details are cross-checked before goods are released for dispatch.
5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Improvement
Rensino Fine Jewelry Co., Ltd treats quality feedback as an important part of production management. When an issue is identified, the relevant order information, materials, process records, and inspection findings are reviewed to determine the cause. Appropriate corrective actions may include material re-evaluation, process adjustment, additional inspection, workmanship guidance, or updates to internal control points.
Customer comments and production observations are communicated to the responsible teams to support ongoing improvement. For new designs and custom projects, we encourage buyers to provide clear specifications, reference samples, testing requirements, packaging instructions, and acceptance criteria so that quality expectations can be aligned before production begins.
